Data We Collect

Your name and email address, the password you choose (stored only as a one-way hash), your purchase record (amount, currency, date and order number) and basic technical data such as IP address, browser and the page or ad that brought you to us. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Hotmart; we never see or store your card details.

How We Use It

To create your account, deliver your purchase, provide support, process refunds, and measure which of our ads work. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that run the site for us: Hotmart (checkout and payments), our email provider, an ad-attribution service, and the advertising platforms listed below, which receive a record that a sign-up or purchase happened — the advertising platforms receive your email only in hashed (unreadable) form.

Cookies and Advertising

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We also use advertising and measurement cookies and tags from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), plus an attribution service, so we can tell which ads lead to purchases and show our ads to people likely to find them useful. Google's advertising cookies are not set by default for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland. On our European page (/eu/), Meta and Google cookies and the attribution service are only used after you click Accept in the cookie banner; if you click Reject or make no choice, no sign-up or purchase data about you is sent to them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of that page. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Legal Basis (EU / UK visitors)

We process your account and purchase data because it is needed to provide what you bought (performance of a contract); usage and security logs to protect the service against abuse (legitimate interest); and advertising cookies only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Our servers are located outside the European Union, so your data is transferred outside the EU to provide the service.

How Long We Keep It

Account and purchase records are kept while your licence is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Abandoned sign-ups without a purchase are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted on request or in our periodic clean-up.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it (portability), correction, deletion or restriction, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing support@car-data.pro. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
