If CarData doesn't replace your existing technical-data subscription within 30 days of purchase, request a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request

1. Email support@cardata.app from the address used for purchase.
2. Subject line: "Refund request".
3. We process refunds within 48 business hours via the original payment method.

Refunds beyond 30 days from purchase date are not available.
