Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing and accessing CarData you agree to these terms. The service is sold "as is" for professional reference use.

2. License

Your one-time payment ($97, or €89 on our European page) grants a single, non-transferable lifetime license for one individual user. Sharing your access token is prohibited and may result in revocation without refund.

3. Acceptable Use

The library is licensed for looking up information for the vehicles you work on, through the CarData website, by the account holder. You may not:

• use scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers or any other automated tool to access, browse or download the library;
• copy, download or store the library, or large parts of it, in bulk, including by downloading offline packages in quantities beyond your own working needs;
• republish, resell, share, host or distribute any part of the library, including offline packages, on any website, server, drive or file-sharing service;
• share your login with other people or businesses, or let others use your account.

Offline packages (.zip) are provided for the vehicles you are working on, and are limited per account per day. We monitor usage to protect the library. If an account breaks these rules we may suspend or terminate it immediately, without refund, and ask that any copies made be deleted.

4. Refund Policy

Full refund available within 30 days of purchase. Email support@car-data.pro to request — no questions asked.

Customers in the European Union and the UK: this 30-day refund is longer than, and fully covers, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Asking for a refund within 30 days is enough; no form is needed.

5. Liability

Technical information is provided as a reference. CarData is not liable for damage caused by improper application of repair procedures. Always verify against the live OEM service portal when safety-critical work is involved.

6. Independence

CarData is an independent technical archive. We are not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer or with any third-party repair-information provider.
